At NIxodia, your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong or you change your mind, our return and exchange process is simple and clear.

  • Our mistake (wrong or defective item): We pay for return shipping and issue a full refund.
  • Change of mind: You cover return shipping. A full refund is issued after we receive and inspect the item.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned unless marked as “non-returnable” on the product page. To qualify:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us: Email support@nixodia.com or call (844) 629-0574 with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Get approval: We will send you an RMA number, return address, and instructions. Please do not send items without approval.
  3. Pack the item: Use original packaging and include all parts. Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship the return: Use a trackable shipping method. We will notify you once your return is received.

3. Refunds

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Payment method: Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
  • Sale items: Sale items follow the same return rules as regular items.

Missing refund? Check your bank or card statement first, then contact your bank. If it’s still missing, contact us.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order. For direct exchanges, contact our support team.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, installed, or modified items.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items clearly marked as “non-returnable”.

Non-returnable items are clearly stated before purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and details to support@nixodia.com or call (844) 629-0574. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

You are responsible for returned items until we receive them. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping. Refunds may be refused if items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us. This policy does not affect your legal consumer rights.
