Shipping Policy

At Nixodia, we aim to make shipping information clear and easy to understand. This policy explains where we ship, how long processing and delivery take, and what to expect after placing an order.
1. Where We Ship
We ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We also do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes that cannot receive carrier deliveries.
2. Shipping Cost
All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. There are no extra handling fees or hidden charges.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared before shipping, including order verification, inventory checks, and packaging. Processing usually takes:
- 1 to 3 business days
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, orders are shipped with standard delivery. Estimated delivery time is:
- 7 to 14 business days (United States)
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Carrier routing and workload
- Weather or natural events
- Local delivery conditions
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is scanned by the carrier. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
6. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Missing apartment or unit numbers
- Address changes after ordering
If a package is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
7. Delivery Delays
Most orders arrive on time, but delays may happen due to reasons outside our control, such as:
- Bad weather
- Carrier transportation issues
- Holiday or peak-season delays
- Carrier facility delays
If your order is delayed longer than expected, please contact us and we will help check with the carrier.
8. Delivered Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:
- Check around your delivery area
- Ask neighbors or building management
- Wait up to 24 hours, as carriers may mark packages early
- Contact the carrier for confirmation
Once a package is confirmed delivered to the address you provided, Nixodia is not responsible for loss or theft. We will assist with a carrier investigation when possible.
